1. Tourist Visa (TR)

• Completed visa application form.
• Recent passport-sized photograph.

• Proof of accommodation (e.g., hotel bookings).
• Return or onward travel ticket.

2. Non-Immigrant Visa (Category B)

Purpose: For business activities, employment, or conducting business meetings.

Duration: Typically issued for 90 days; can be extended within Thailand for up to one year.

Requirements:

• Valid passport with at least six months’ validity.
• Completed visa application form.
• Recent passport-sized photograph.
• Letter of invitation from a Thai company or organization.
• Proof of financial means.
• Additional documents related to the business purpose (e.g., company registration, employment contract).

3. Non-Immigrant Visa (Category O)

Purpose: For visiting family, volunteering, or retirement.

Duration: Generally valid for 90 days; retirees can apply for a one-year extension.

Requirements:

4. SMART Visa

• Purpose: Designed for investors, executives, entrepreneurs, and highly-skilled professionals in targeted industries.
• Duration: Up to four years.

Requirements:

• Proof of qualifications and experience in the targeted industry.
• Employment contract with a company in Thailand.
• Salary requirements as specified by the Thai government.
• Additional industry-specific criteria.
